Need a copy of a road accident report? Submit your request to the Laval Police Department. 

4 steps to obtain your accident report 

Follow these steps to request a road accident report: 

  1. Submit your request by mail for processing. No documents will be issued in person. 
  2. Your written request must include: 
    • The event number provided when the police report was filed. 
    • A photocopy (front and back) of your driver’s license. 
    • Your signature. 
  3. Include a $19 check payable to Ville de Laval. 
  4. Send everything by mail to the following address:
