Four steps to get a road accident report
Follow these steps to get a copy of a road accident report:
- Send your request by postal mail so it can be processed by our personnel. No document will be given to you in person.
- You written request must include:
- The event number that you were given at the time that the police report was written.
- A photocopy (front and back) of your driver’s license.
- Your signature.
- Include a cheque for $19 payable to Ville de Laval.
- Send your documents by postal mail to:
