Work operations aimed at building Laval’s first permanent ecocentre will start in June 2021 and continue for a period of six months. The ecocentre will be located at the corner of Boulevard Dagenais Ouest and Boulevard Bellerose. The city plans to build three other waste recovery centres, to be equally distributed across the city.
Until the ecocentre opens, residents can bring their waste to Laval’s mobile ecocentre, which travels to various locations within city limits on pre-established dates.
Mobile Ecocentre Tour
The mobile ecocentre service is offered free of charge. Residents can bring waste that is not accepted in the regular residual materials collection, including
hazardous household waste (HHW) and computing equipment (ICT), so that these materials can be disposed of responsibly.
To find out the date and location of the next upcoming mobile ecocentre, consult the
event page in the Activity Calendar.
