class=\"wp-block-heading\">Water infiltration<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Water infiltration occurs when water enters a building from the outside.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-vortex-blocks-accordions-group block-accordions-group accordion-container\">\n<section class=\"wp-block-vortex-blocks-accordion-item accordion ac\" id=\"main-causes\"><div class=\"wp-block-heading\">Sewer backup&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>When rain or wastewater is not discharged toward the public network, it can lead to a backflow (backup) through your plumbing installations, including the toilets, sinks and floor drains, or on your property.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-vortex-blocks-accordions-group block-accordions-group accordion-container\">\n<section class=\"wp-block-vortex-blocks-accordion-item accordion ac\" id=\"strongcauses-strong\"><div class=\"accordion__accordion\"><button class=\"accordion__header-row accordion-toggle ac-header ac-trigger\"><p class=\"accordion__header__title\"><strong>Causes<\/strong><\/p><span class=\"accordion__header__icon\" role=\"presentation\"><span class=\"plus\"><\/span><\/span><\/button><div class=\"accordion__sub-rows wysiwyg ac-panel\" role=\"region\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Blockage of the discharge pipe or discharge pipe not large enough.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Buildings at risk:&nbsp;&nbsp;\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Homes located in flood zones, where the sewer network is more susceptible to overloading.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Buildings constructed at a lower elevation than the piped sewage systems. This will facilitate the process of assigning your case to the right team.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group has-grey-100-background-color has-background is-layout-constrained wp-container-core-group-is-layout-e0082cf6 wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<p>2 &#8211; The person assigned to your action request will contact you to schedule an appointment at your home, i.e., the location of the backup observed.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group has-grey-100-background-color has-background is-layout-constrained wp-container-core-group-is-layout-e0082cf6 wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<p>3 &#8211; To prove that a licenced plumber visited your house to carry out an inspection, <strong>you must show the plumber\u2019s invoice to the person that contacts you<\/strong>.
