Il s&#8217;agit d&#8217;un document l\u00e9gal encadr\u00e9 par la Loi sur l&#8217;am\u00e9nagement et l&#8217;urbanisme, auquel les r\u00e8glements d&#8217;urbanisme doivent se conformer.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Un PPU sert \u00e0 :\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>D\u00e9finir une vision claire et des objectifs pr\u00e9cis pour l&#8217;am\u00e9nagement et le d\u00e9veloppement du territoire.<\/strong> Cela implique de prendre en compte les enjeux actuels et futurs, les besoins des citoyens et les caract\u00e9ristiques uniques du territoire.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>\u00c9laborer un programme d&#8217;interventions municipales concr\u00e8tes<\/strong> pour concr\u00e9tiser la vision et les objectifs du PPU. Ces interventions peuvent inclure la construction d&#8217;infrastructures, la cr\u00e9ation d&#8217;espaces verts, la mise en place de programmes sociaux et \u00e9conomiques, etc.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>\u00c9tablir un cadre r\u00e9glementaire clair<\/strong> pour encadrer les d\u00e9veloppements sur le domaine priv\u00e9. Ce cadre vise \u00e0 orienter les projets immobiliers et d&#8217;am\u00e9nagement vers une vision commune et \u00e0 assurer une coh\u00e9rence dans le d\u00e9veloppement du territoire.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>En 2017, l&#8217;adoption du Sch\u00e9ma d&#8217;am\u00e9nagement et de d\u00e9veloppement r\u00e9vis\u00e9 (SADR) a marqu\u00e9 un tournant important pour l&#8217;am\u00e9nagement du territoire lavallois. Soucieuse de concr\u00e9tiser cette vision, la Ville de Laval a entrepris la r\u00e9vision de ses outils de planification d\u00e9taill\u00e9e afin de les harmoniser avec les orientations du SADR.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Les programmes particuliers d\u2019urbanisme en vigueur<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Depuis 2022, les programmes particuliers d&#8217;urbanisme (PPU) pour les secteurs Cartier, Gare Sainte-Rose et Centre-ville sont en vigueur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Codification administrative<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Des codifications administratives des PPU int\u00e9grant les amendements en vigueur ont \u00e9t\u00e9 pr\u00e9par\u00e9es pour la commodit\u00e9 du lecteur. Elles ne remplacent pas les textes officiels. La Ville ne garantit pas qu&#8217;elles soient exactes et compl\u00e8tes ou qu&#8217;elles sont \u00e0 jour en tout temps et n&#8217;assume aucune responsabilit\u00e9 quant aux diff\u00e9rences qu&#8217;il peut y avoir entre les textes officiels et les codifications administratives apparaissant sur le site Internet.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n  <div class=\"custom-file-block aligndefault\" \n  >\n
