{"id":26439,"date":"2025-02-12T14:56:53","date_gmt":"2025-02-12T19:56:53","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.laval.ca\/transition-code-urbanisme-reglement-l-12825\/"},"modified":"2025-09-02T15:22:28","modified_gmt":"2025-09-02T19:22:28","slug":"transition-urban-code","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.laval.ca\/en\/land-use-planning\/urban-planning-code-discretionary-tools\/transition-urban-code\/","title":{"rendered":"Transition to the urban code"},"content":{"rendered":"<section class=\"sticky-section-group aligndefault\"\n>\n   \n<div class=\"sticky-section-main\"\n>\n   \n\n<p class=\"is-style-intro-text\">Afin de faciliter la transition du traitement des demandes en lien avec l&#8217;arriv\u00e9e du nouveau code de l&#8217;urbanisme (CDU), la Ville a adopt\u00e9 un\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.laval.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/reglement-l-12825.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">r\u00e8glement de transition (L-12825)<\/a>\u00a0permettant aux demandeurs de permis, de certificats ou de demandes \u00e0 caract\u00e8res discr\u00e9tionnaires de poursuivre leurs d\u00e9marches entam\u00e9es en vertu de l&#8217;ancienne r\u00e9glementation d&#8217;urbanisme\u00a0(ex.\u00a0: L-2000, L-9501, L-9500, etc.).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cette situation s&#8217;appliquera aux demandes d\u00e9pos\u00e9es avant l&#8217;entr\u00e9e en vigueur du CDU, soit avant le 11 novembre 2022\u00a0et selon certains crit\u00e8res. De cette fa\u00e7on, aucun effet de gel ne sera applicable aux demandes en cours qui ne seraient pas conforme au CDU.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ce\u00a0r\u00e8glement transitoire\u00a0est applicable notamment pour\u00a0les demandes suivantes\u00a0:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Permis de construction nouvelle (PN)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Permis de construction am\u00e9lioration (PA)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Certificat d&#8217;autorisation (CA)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Certificat d&#8217;occupation (CO)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>D\u00e9rogation mineure (DM)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>D\u00e9molition d&#8217;un b\u00e2timent d&#8217;int\u00e9r\u00eat patrimonial<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Plan d&#8217;implantation et d&#8217;int\u00e9gration architecturale (PIIA)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Exemption de cases de stationnement<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Il d\u00e9finit\u00a0:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Quels sont les documents minimalement requis avant l&#8217;entr\u00e9e en vigueur du CDU<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Quels sont les d\u00e9lais maximaux \u00e0 respecter pour compl\u00e9ter une demande de permis ou de certificat ainsi que les demandes \u00e0 caract\u00e8re discr\u00e9tionnaire (ex.\u00a0: PIIA, d\u00e9rogation mineure, etc.)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Quels sont les d\u00e9lais maximaux \u00e0 respecter pour le paiement des frais minimaux de traitement des demandes<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">L&#8217;ancienne r\u00e9glementation d&#8217;urbanisme comprend les r\u00e8glements suivants :<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Le&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.laval.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/reglement-l-2000-2022-11-11.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">r\u00e8glement
