Les enqu\u00eateurs de l\u2019escouades des Crimes sexuels ont r\u00e9cemment proc\u00e9d\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019arrestation de Sylvain Riopelle, \u00e2g\u00e9 de 53 ans, dans le cadre de plusieurs dossiers en mati\u00e8re d\u2019exploitation sexuelle. Les policiers estiment que le suspect pourrait avoir fait d\u2019autres victimes et sollicitent l\u2019aide du public afin d\u2019entrer en contact avec ces derni\u00e8res.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Les faits<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Entre 2024 et 2026, le suspect aurait utilis\u00e9 un subterfuge comme moyen pour cibler des personnes vuln\u00e9rables qu\u2019il aurait ensuite exploit\u00e9es sexuellement en agissant comme prox\u00e9n\u00e8te.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Arrestation et comparution<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Le suspect a \u00e9t\u00e9 appr\u00e9hend\u00e9 hier en vertu d\u2019un mandat d\u2019arrestation \u00e9mis \u00e0 son endroit. Il fait face \u00e0 plusieurs chefs d\u2019accusation en mati\u00e8re d\u2019exploitation sexuelle. Il doit compara\u00eetre au cours de la journ\u00e9e au Palais de juste de Laval.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
