{"id":108349,"date":"2026-03-17T10:37:16","date_gmt":"2026-03-17T14:37:16","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.laval.ca\/?p=108349&#038;post_type=events&#038;preview_id=108349"},"modified":"2026-03-19T11:48:21","modified_gmt":"2026-03-19T15:48:21","slug":"initiation-bmx-12-16-ans-sablon","status":"publish","type":"events","link":"https:\/\/www.laval.ca\/calendrier-activites\/initiation-bmx-12-16-ans-sablon\/","title":{"rendered":"Initiation au BMX pour les 12-16 ans"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Viens d\u00e9couvrir le BMX, une discipline dynamique, amusante et accessible!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cette activit\u00e9 gratuite, offerte par le club cycliste Espoirs Laval, s\u2019adresse aux jeunes qui ont d\u00e9j\u00e0 int\u00e9gr\u00e9 le v\u00e9lo dans leur quotidien, qui sont \u00e0 l\u2019aise sur 2&nbsp;roues et qui souhaitent d\u00e9couvrir une nouvelle discipline.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le cours permet une initiation progressive au BMX sur une piste \u00e0 rouleaux,&nbsp;une piste en boucle compos\u00e9e de bosses et de virages, dans un environnement s\u00e9curitaire et encadr\u00e9.
