    Renovation and Restoration of Heritage Buildings

    Ville de Laval offers financial assistance for the renovation and restoration of interior, exterior and structural components of a heritage building (bylaw L-12659). The cost of eligible work must be a minimum of $500. The financial assistance granted under the program is equivalent to between 50 % and 100 ​% of eligible costs, up to a maximum amount of $35,000.
