The Avantages Laval card is free for the residents and allows the citizens of Laval to take advantage of numerous benefits and discounts offered by the municipal network and many community partners. This is an individual card, non-transferable and renewable each year.
People living outside the city may obtain this card at a cost of $50 per year
at any municipal library.
Where and how to obtain the Avantages Laval card for Laval's residents?
Come in person to one of the places indicated below. Children 12 years old and over and adults must present 2 pieces of identity, one with a photo and the other with the address. A signature of a parent or a legal guardian is required for children 11 years old and under.

- Booking or renewal on the spot or by Internet of a document, unless it is a renewal of the loan and the document is already reserved
